Foster a culture of respect, recognition,
and connection
Strengthen a unified Andrew Young School identity through
welcoming spaces, celebrations, and storytelling.
OBJECTIVES
3.1.1. Redesign shared spaces in 55 Park Place to promote
collaboration and community.
3.1.2. Host informal school-wide gatherings each semester.
3.1.3. Launch a school-wide recognition platform to regularly
spotlight the achievements of students, faculty, and staff.
