NEXT STEPS:
IMPLEMENTATION
AND EVALUATION
To implement our strategic priorities, we will launch the next phase by
forming cross-functional teams to articulate initiatives that advance this
plan. These teams will translate each priority into actionable initiatives
aligned with our goals and objectives.
Guided by Georgia State’s BluePrint to 2033 framework, we will develop
a structured timeline with milestones across academic units, research
centers, and administrative of昀椀ces. Teams will also de昀椀ne key performance
indicators to track progress with consistency and transparency.
A robust evaluation and reporting process will support continuous
improvement. Regular updates will be shared with internal and external
stakeholders, creating a feedback loop to guide our efforts.
Annual strategy reviews will be embedded into our college’s planning and
informed by quantitative data and qualitative input. This cycle ensures
adaptive re昀椀nement and reinforces our commitment to mission-driven,
data-informed impact.
