We stand at a pivotal moment in its evolution. As the landscape of higher education and public service rapidly
shifts, we must address both longstanding and emerging challenges while embracing new imperatives that will
de昀椀ne its future. From changing workforce demands and technological disruptions to shifting demographics,
economic pressures, and the need to build public trust, the environment in which we operate is more
dynamic than ever.
